JMartin Designs is a life expressed in art, founded by multidisciplinary artist and designer John Carl Martin, who is hearing impaired, and who has spent over three decades translating what he sees into fashion, film costumes, murals, portraits, and brand identities that stop people mid-stride.
From a tailor's apprenticeship in Barbados to the film sets of Warner Bros. and the music video sets of Missy Elliott, Jay-Z, Destiny's Child, and Fergie — the JMartin story is one of craft, vision, and a different kind of listening.
